Hi, it's nice to meet you! I'm Laura, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and owner of Thrive Therapy in Oakville, ON. As a mom of three and someone who has navigated big life changes, I understand how overwhelming and isolating certain moments can feel. I'm here to offer a space to feel heard, explore your emotions, and gain insight. You don't have to carry it all alone.
